First time Pilates Reformer participants will need to complete a Fundamentals class prior to joining our group classes. these classes are run weekly at all different days and times according to YOUR availability- we’ve found that having a permanent time/day on the schedule doesn’t suit everyone so we are more thanĀ  happy to work around you (and room availability). If you’ve done Reformer before, just sms/email Amanda so she can set your MindBody login up & you will be able to book classes yourself.

MindBody is the app we use for you to book & pay for classes. Please just download this free app so you can book your class & get started. All Cycle, TRX Suspension Training and Yoga classes have no pre-requisite so you are able to book & pay on MindBody then we will see you in the Studio!!
