Pilates Reformer

Pilates using a Reformer machine will lengthen, tone & strengthen your muscles. This is a challenging workout designed to improve your metabolic rate, movement patterns & mobility, Highly recommended by doctors & physio’s as its NON WEIGHT BEARING & able to zone in and focus on specific areas. We can adjust to all fitness levels as there are simple moves that we can build upon as well as adjustable resistance springs for all body types.

PILATES REFORMER JUMP an energetic Reformer Pilates class using the Jump Board attachment to create momentum in your workout. This class will give you a whole body toning workout but also lift your heart rate to create the cardio element. Simple moves combined with an energetic flowing choreography will have you enjoying your class as well as seeing amazing resultsĀ  in your body. Recommended for clients that have completed at least Reformer Pilates classes.
